How fees work
The part law firms keep vague, written down.
A first consultation at a stated price
You know the cost of the first meeting before you book it. You leave with an honest view of your case, including when it is not worth fighting.
A written fee agreement
Before any work starts you sign a fee agreement: scope, method of billing (hourly, flat or results-based) and what happens if the case changes course.
Itemised invoices, no meter running
Each invoice lists who did what and when. If new work appears, we ask before we bill, never after.
The questions people ask before they call

Is what I tell you confidential?
Yes. Professional secrecy covers everything you share with us, even if you never become a client, breaking it would be a criminal offence for us.
Who checks how you work?
Every lawyer here is registered with the bar, which oversees ethics, insurance and discipline. Each admission year is public, ours are on this page.
Will I know the cost before it starts?
Yes. Nothing is billed before you sign a written fee agreement stating the scope and the method, hourly, flat or results-based.
What if you already act for the other side?
We run a conflict-of-interest check before accepting any file. If a conflict exists, we decline and tell you at once.
Request an appointment
Tell us briefly what your matter concerns. We reply within one working day, and this exchange is already covered by professional secrecy.
